The employee seemed more focused on chatting with a coworker, and l had to ask questions myself to place my order. She may have simply been having a bad day, but the interaction left me feeling overlooked. I shop here regularly and spend quite a bit of money, and I really enjoy being able to grab a drink while shopping. I hope management will consider retraining employees on customer service and making customers feel welcomed and attended to. I'd love to have a better experience next time.
