  Employee Sasha called my mother disgusting when we tried to go eat for mother’s day. We walked in through the back door because the front door was hidden, walked to the front and sat at the podium to be seated. Sasha walked past us multiple times without saying a word so we finally asked what’s going on and how do we get seated, where she rudely told us how was she supposed to know we were waiting to be seated because we walked in from the back (keep in mind we were at the podium clearly waiting for some help and their outside seating was not open so how would we have come from the outside eating). Afterwards , I asked for her name because she had the worst attitude I have ever met and she said she can gladly get the manager , to which she DID NOT DO. she went to another employee and lied right in front of our faces about what occurred, who then sent the dishwasher out to handle it as the “manager”. As we were trying to talk and vocalize what was happening sasha kept circling us and when she heard my mother say “her behavior is disgusting” she turned around and said “YOU’RE disgusting”, right in front of the “manager” dishwasher who did nothing. I asked him if this is normal behavior and all he had to say was “no.” Afterwards we decided to leave and when we turned around, Sasha, the dishwasher and the other coworker were huddled in a corner and sasha put her hand up and gave us the petty “ haha bye i won wave”. i have never ever ever experienced anything like this anywhere i’ve ever went. After looking around, I realized it was only men who were seated and it all made sense to me, she is turning your guys franchise into a hooters. Management , do better. Buffalo wild wings, do better.

  Food is alright. But service is shit. Workers don't care about you, bunch of Gen Z workers. Safe to say only ask for Manager Kendra cause she is super nice and reliable unlike everyone else.

  Great place for beers — I always grab the Wild Herd, only 4 bucks for a 22oz every day. Food always hits, and the managers James, Jonas, and Roland always take care of everyone. And Jaylene? She always takes care of me — super friendly, always on point. Best service, super chill ambiance.

  WE WALKED IN, STOOD THERE FOR ABOUT 15 MIN WITHOUT BEING ACKNOWLEDGED, UNTIL A WAITRESS CAME ND TOLD US BAR SECTION WAS THE ONLY PLACE TO SIT. WALKED OVER, THERE WASN'T MUCH SITTING, DUE TO PILES OF TRASH ND DIRTY TRAYS ON THE TABLES ALL AROUND. THAT'S JUST NASTY ND UNACCEPTABLE, WE WILL BE TAKING OIR BUISSNESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
