  Literally messed up my order and “gave me equal credit” but I have to do so much just to even get my credit acknowledged when I’m trying to redeem it another day and not even the freaking manager knows what he’s doin Israel needs more training or get demoted two hours frustrating to finally end up saying you don’t know how to do anything to help. Waste of time very frustrating don’t mess up before hand and that would be much appreciated

  Ordered pizza today 5/4/26 Monday special 2 large pizzas for $25 got 4 one was suppose to be stuffed crust paid the $4 dollar upcharge and got our pizza made it home and no stuffed crust my wife called they said they could remake it if we brought the pizza back barely got an apology and when we returned had to wait the 10+ minutes to remake cause they had to have the pizza back for remake. To think they want a tip on top of what we paid? Such an inconvenience very disappointing.

  Picked up the “big NY “ pizza yesterday as we keep seeing the commercials on tv LoL. My Dad craved it so I had to run to ceres anyways so I said I’ll pick it up. Ordered in the app, chose to pay in the store, and was done at the time I chose to pick it up. Young guy was smooth and cool with it and when he was about to show me the pizza, as they normally do, I said “nah u don’t need to open it up and show me, it’s always perfect every time.” Drove back to Turlock and we enjoyed a nice pizza/movie night! Dad said “slices are big!” I said yes. It’s like NY, big slices as we visited NY ourselves and we can vouch how these slices were accurate !
