    I came around 8 or so here with my two cousins. We ordered 3 drinks; I didn’t like mine. I had tried it, the drink was still full, within 2 minutes of them handing me the drink. We were ordering at the kiosk and just hanging out, they weren’t busy in the drive thru, it had been just us. I asked to remake it and she said “Ummm we can’t remake it for you because you drank out of it, pointing rudely at it, and then saying we could *looking around at nothing* give you some syrup on the side..” and i said “sure i guess” i’m not one to argue, i had only tried my drink and how else will i know if i like it if i don’t take a drink of it? like?? if not my situation, what situation then constitutes a remake? i added the syrup, still hated my drink and got it remade perfectly at the hatch location. don’t make me fix my drink please, when who does it bother to start anew? it was made incorrectly the first time, at least respect that. i didn’t even drink it all. i could see if i handed them an empty cup but it was still brightly full, i had just tried it. do better!
