  I’m wondering if I was given the gristle trimming from the waste bin, I accept a few pieces in any mix is okay, I could not continue enjoyment of eating with my friend as I was constantly putting fatty, hard gristle, overly chewy steak parts in to the open napkin as I continued the challenge of ignoring the idea that this was some coached money saving trick to leverage profit lines by serving poor quality in my double portion order. It was frustrating and distracting, and a little insulting as I continued to hope to have a moment of satisfaction from the regular practice of eating food! For a premium price I was given a mouth full of throwback bites conversation about how ridiculous this becoming and wonder as to the reason for this unreasonable amount of what felt like the waste trimmings being used in the last part of the nights orders. To be frank it pissed me off! And I don’t like paying a business to create anger in my evening. I was half way through before I gave up , my friend was happy with his chicken, I took mine home to try alittle more as it was way to much effort to sift out some morsel of meat from between the stringy or chunky gristly pieces. This never happens at the other chipotle’s I’ve been to and it is cause for my own cation to wonder how this happens. My mind tells me there’s reasons and I can only imagine it’s about money and profit. Cheap meat? Cutting corners on waste products and serving it as food? I don’t know , but what I do know is I can say something and be counted if not entertaining. Chew on that! 😡

  This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. I ordered my usual bowl and asked for two regular tortillas on the side. Instead, I was given the small taco-size tortillas, and they were toasted so much that by the time I got home, they were extremely hard and basically unusable. I came back today and showed the picture to the girl with glasses who was working. What really bothered me was that she wasn’t apologetic at all. She basically said, “Oh, it’s fine,” and then told me to “give us a call.” I was already there in person trying to address the issue, so I asked, “What is calling going to do?” Mistakes happen, but customer service is about how you handle those mistakes. If you can’t even acknowledge a customer’s legitimate complaint or show basic courtesy, maybe it’s time to find a different job where dealing with customers isn’t part of the responsibility. Extremely disappointing experience.

  Hace mucho que no compraba chips la razon siempre me toca la de perder porque me salen asi: semicrudos, otros pegados y semicrudos, sin sal sin limon 🫣😒😠 dinero tirado a la basura

  Does this place close at 10:30pm or 11:00pm? Cuz i drove by at 10:30 and they had half of the lights turned off cleaning up like they were closed already.
