  I've been going to this sonic for a while now but ever since y'all put up that sign saying you're "closed" then you came back it just seems y'all lost your spark, I know the world is pretty bad including the economy but you can be the one to raise spirits and have inspiration to continue making people happy and satisfied on both sides. I went today got 3 number 9s, 3 drinks and thats it. They had people waiting a while resetting the red button for some reason and the sweet tea we asked for TWICE came out unsweetened and a taste of melted plastic. The food also tastes old, we looked in the building itself and it just seems they're standing there rolling their eyes all angry while customers are waiting for them. I'm disappointed how such a childhood sonic went down so badly because of the moral in workplaces. Keep y'alls head up.

  Today was disappointing. When I tried to order the young lady who was taking ny order clearly DOES NOT LISTEN TO HER CUSTOMERS. I had to repeat my order 5 times. I tried to ask questions And she ignored and by passed my question. I asked can you mix the flavors in youre slushies, and her responce was "its what you want" i told her what i wanted and she said we have 3 different kinds. When I asked what kinds do you have she said it I just want you to leave happy. So I simplified my order for her and told her one ingredient one item order and she still got my order wrong. I asked 3 other is the car if they understood me and i asked my husband who was on the phone if they could hear me correctly and clearly just incase i was being confusing or cant be heard and all 4 people verified it was not me. This place has gone downhill since last time ive been here i will probably never go back to this business again. Absolutely disappointing.

  Drove all the way with my kids to this place being closed it says it closes at 10 and all the lights were off and its only 8:50 very disappointing!!
