  They take forever to give you your food. I watched my order sit on the counter while they were only waiting on fries, but they kept focusing on the drive-thru instead of finishing the orders inside. I waited 18 minutes total, and 12 of those minutes were just waiting for fries while my burger and my child’s Happy Meal got cold. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

  i got a sausage and egg mcmuffin but i got the wrong type of egg. it should be the round one, but i got the folded one instead. i also got the record in tap pacca 😎. the receipt is my friends.

  Came here around 3:40am on 4/18 after Google said this place was open 24 hours. Employees took it upon themselves to close down the drive thru. So much for “open 24 hours”

  Just paid $11 for a steak bagel. I think the meat was spoiled. So I threw it out. I just ate the bagel. The last time I was here. I got sausage McMuffins with egg. They had foreign stuff in them. Crunch crunch crunch. I will not eat breakfast here again.

  Terrible service, terrible management, terrible experience overall. They speak to their customers as if their customers are worthless. The GM is terribly rude and got angry when she couldn’t respond to logic. The mobile app gave me the option to pick up a mobile order in the lobby, but the doors were locked and I was refused service. There’s also a sign on the door that said the lobby was open for pickup, but I was still refused service. I had already been checked in but was told to join the drive thru line despite my order already being processed. The order was no longer cancellable, and the GM mocked me saying, “you don’t have a car? See you in the drive thru.” Extremely rude and unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if I could. The cherry on top? They didn’t fulfill our entire order, leaving items we paid for out of our bags. Absolutely ridiculous.
