- DDDerekMay 12, 20261.0Made my order to pick up at drive thru at 8:20 and ended up leaving with my drink at 9:00 Don’t recommend I’ll rather go somewhere 30 minutes away to get a quick coffee drink that tastes the same as these ones. Oh yeah and when they give you your drink after all that time it looks like they just leave it sitting there all that time cause if you get a blended it looks more like just a coffee cause it’s all melted at that point.

I’ve never had a bad experience as every time I stop by the stuff is always awesome and friendly and my order is prepared super quick allowing me to get back on the road quick! From the moment I pulled up, there was this electric energy…like he already knew my day needed rescuing. And somehow, he delivered exactly that. The drink? Perfect. Not just “good,” not just “great” crafted. Like every swirl, every shot, every drop had intention behind it. Btw this was my first time ever trying and he nailed what my taste buds were craving!! But it wasn’t just the coffee. It was the way Gabriel turned a stop into something cinematic. The kind of interaction that lingers with you long after the cup is empty. Friendly without being forced, genuine without trying..just effortlessly cool. If Dutch Bros is known for its vibe, Gabriel is the reason why. 10/10. Would absolutely rearrange my entire day just to be in that drive-thru again. ☕🔥

The thing is, not just the coffee keeps bringing me back but the amazing attitude the staff has every time you order! . Some of the names I can’t remember so please forgive me but I will name a few I remember. Gabriel, Ramiro, Russell, Alex, Paola, the girl with curly short hair and I know there’s a few more but I suck at remembering names. Anywayssss these people know exactly what customer service is.. Even when the drive thru lines are non-stop and overwhelming they have a smile on their face.. Which you DON’T get that everywhere, Let’s be real!!!! So that makes this place even more special.. Not only do you get a drink but you also get a dose of kindness while at it and to me is literally what this world needs, KINDNESS! Also prices are super affordable and the Dutchapp makes it even more exciting so don’t forget to download it.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
