Trying to find out if something is wrong with the price , I tried to check with a very unfriendly lady at the checkout .Ended up at Customer Service, where a very large gentleman was acting like you are annoying me ,but at the end he agreed for a refund . I checked the bank,, refund was not posted . Again ,I do not like to do this; we are shopping here for many years, generally friendly environment ,

- MDMark DavisJun 22, 20261.0I have been shopping at this Safeway for 12 years almost daily. Everyone knows me there. The best thing about the store is Lissa the cashier I usually go to. She is awesome. Nermin the manager is another story he is absolutely rude!!! I brought up some concerns I have been experiencing such as no people working in the deli a huge pot hole in the parking lot that my car has to hit every time I go there, etc. His response saying to me in an absolutely unprofessional way “People called in sick and he put in a work order for the pot hole”. WOW! Apparently this is acceptable behavior for Safeway! That’s too bad my mother worked there for 30 years.
