I ordered two pizzas (one thin crust and one hand-tossed) for pick-up around 5:21 PM, but when I got home, I discovered that both pizzas were made as thin crust, which was already incorrect. What made it worse was that both pizzas were completely burnt — the crust and toppings were heavily charred and completely inedible. I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answered the phone. I then had to drive all the way back to the store, which was a huge inconvenience. When I arrived, the staff had a very poor attitude and refused to remake the pizzas, even though the issue was obvious. No apology, no solution — just dismissive and unprofessional behavior. I’ve attached photos showing how burnt the pizzas were. This experience was unacceptable in terms of both food quality and customer service. I have already contacted corporate and requested a full refund. I would strongly recommend checking your order carefully before leaving — or choosing a different location altogether.
