  This is one of the worst experiences I have had in over 20 years of visiting Chipotle. As a loyal customer and frequent DoorDash user who loves the brand, it is deeply disappointing to see the management at this location actively damaging the franchise's reputation. I am not basing this on a single isolated incident. We have experienced repeated service issues, including drastically short-portioned bowls and overt rudeness from staff. Most concerningly, managers have repeatedly spoken rudely under their breath in Spanish, assuming I didn't understand them. Furthermore, eating at this location has resulted in stomach issues on multiple occasions, and friends and family have shared similar negative experiences. It has gotten so bad that our entire family has completely stopped visiting and ordering from this location, choosing to drive out of our way less frequently to other stores instead. It is clear that the franchisee is prioritizing shortcuts over customer service and food safety, ultimately tarnishing the broader Chipotle name. PS: 3 stars for food is due to stomach issues and leaving a lot of fat on chicken and beef, otherwise food is 5 stars! Btw has anyone else had this issue where you go to their official website to give feedback and this location doesn’t even pop up. Can’t choose location, can’t give feedback. Amazing!

  The girl at the register was new and in training, so she charged me $2.95 for guacamole that I never asked for or received, I didn't noticed until I was done eating and I looked at my receipt, and of course I have finished my burrito so I couldn't say anything since there was no proof, what more confusing is the mgr that was training the new girl was next to her watching my order get done and some how she charged me $2.85 fir guacamole which I didn't order or ask for on my burrito

  The dining area is almost always dirty with used napkins, straws debris all over the floor. We have never seen it clean. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or mopped in over a year.there’s dirt buildup at the corners of walls, base plates and fixtures. The food and staff are as good as any other chipotle location, but dining area is a biiiiig let down. We like chipotle and would love to see this place thrive. But when you see the restaurant so dirty, anyone will have second thoughts about the hygiene inside the kitchen. Hope the owners take notice of the plight of dining area.

  As large as this building is, I don't understand why one of the entrances couldn't be facing the actual parking lot. They frequently run out of utensils and I guess don't check often to keep them stocked so you have to wait for them to be done with a customer, ask about forks, and then they begrudgingly get some forks back out for customers after a couple of minutes. The food is fine, and so are the portions but the rest of it brings it down.
