  Abril was so helpful , patient and kind at the Carson location. I didnt know what I wanted to order but she assisted me in making my decision and I was very pleased with the service. Will return again.

  I entered restaurant and was immediately greeting by Abril. I was unsure of what I wanted but she politely took her time and and answered my questions regarding their burgers..Very helpful great customer service

  I recommend this restaurant for a good burger. I had the mushroom burger and it was delicious. Viviana welcomed me and recommended I get this burger as I wanted to try something different. Also sweet potato fries are good.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Service & Delicious Burgers! This was our first time trying Smashed Burger in Carson, and we had such a great experience! My toddler and I decided to dine in because she LOVES burgers, and from the moment we walked up to the counter, we felt welcomed. Ms. Abril was working the register and greeted us with the biggest smile. She was extremely friendly, professional, and patient. Since it was my first time, I asked her for suggestions actually, MANY suggestions 😂 and of course I had to ask, “What are you guys known for?” Her answer: the Classic Smashed Burger! Well, she definitely did not steer me wrong because that burger was AMAZING! Hands down, I would order it again. My toddler had the cheeseburger kids meal with an Oreo cookie shake, which she loved. I also thought it was really nice that our food was brought directly to our table. You don't always expect that kind of service from a fast-food/casual burger restaurant, and it made the experience even better. I especially want to recognize Abril. It was extremely hot today, my toddler had missed her nap, and I was honestly a little overwhelmed. Abril's kindness, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service genuinely made my day easier. Sometimes it's the little things and the way someone treats you that really makes a difference. To whoever hired Abril great job! She definitely gives management vibes. 👏🏽 Her professionalism, personality, and ability to make customers feel welcomed really stood out. All of the employees we encountered were professional and friendly, so kudos to management for training such a great staff, but Abril truly went above and beyond. I wish I would've been able to leave her a tip because she absolutely deserved one! Thank you again, Abril, for the exceptional customer service. We will definitely be back! 🍔❤️

  Had a great experience at Smashburger! Abril was super helpful, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of. She had great customer service and made our visit even better. Definitely appreciate her help and would come back again!
