The lady working behind the counter saw me standing there the entire time and chose to completely ignore me. She was actively preparing other people's orders and handing them out right in front of me without ever acknowledging my existence or checking on my order. When I finally walked up to the front counter to get someone's attention, the other lady rudely snapped at me and told me to "go over there." There is absolutely no excuse for that kind of attitude or lack of basic customer service. If you're going to offer online ordering, don't punish your customers for using it by making them wait nearly half an hour just to be treated like an inconvenience. Avoid this location.
