  They either run out of chicken by 7:pm or it is all burnt

  Check your order before leaving thr store...specially online order...you are given the choice of how many salsa or dressing you will get but they will not do it..most of the time they will only place 4 pcs of salsa..for family meal....once you open your order at home its too late..

  This El Pollo Loco location has been around since the beginning and its hasn't changed which I find super cool. The cashier are always nice and helpful and the chicken is never dry. The mat is sticky in front of the fountain drinks but other than that its cool 😎 However, this El Pollo Loco do not have a drive thru but the parking is very convenient.

  Strongly would “not recommend” eating at this El Pollo Loco Carson location. Always had a concern that this location was not well maintained. Anyway, last night my wife and I ordered El Pollo Bowls. While eating mine, I bit into a 1 inch rusted screw that was in the bowl. Needless to say, my wife and I were shocked.

  Cansada siempre sin excepcion olvidan poner algo cuando no las salsas el gravy, la ensalda, en esta ocasion decidimos ir a otro pollo loco y resulto igual, y claro que revisamos pero al final es lo mismo no se supone que tendria que estar revisando mi orden, el servicio deberia incluir que la orden venga completa. Decepcionada para no volver a comprar ahi ya son muchas veces.
