  Over all bad experience. The server Michelle was awful. When we explained it was our first time she immediately felt bothered in explaining the menu. Hence we were celebrating my daughters birthday our vibe immediately dropped. She explained the menu and offered more time because she didn’t want to wait. When we placed order she disappeared never offered utensils, bib, gloves or anything and we had asked for water and that never showed up. She brought our plates and tossed them to the table rudely and went her way. I had no chance to ask for anything utensils or napkins because she disappeared. I had to get up and go to the front to ask for all things for the table. Then about 20 minutes in i asked for scissors to open crab and said we dont have any right now their getting washed. So i waited 30 minutes later i asked again and she said let me check if their ready. Came back with wet scissors in a tray. This waiter seemed over worked, in a bad mood and over all irritated. It was our first time there and will not be returning. Food was not the greatest due to poor service and had to eat cold for waiting around for utensils. It was ridiculous, and to top it off the bathrooms were a disaster very run down and poor maintenance, trash everywhere. This place needs better customer service and better cleaning and quality of food for the price you charge. We did not get all you can eat due to all of their rules and restrictions. Not worth it. Spent $200 for an over all bad everything.

  I was super excited to take my teenage daughter as she is absolutely obsessed with these “shrimp in a bag” and to be completely honest , so am I ! I’m saddened to say I was a bit disappointed by the tastelessness of their food , even the Cajun fries . Our server only checked in with us once , when she took the order. It was Saturday and they had a full house , so I guess it’s understandable . The atmosphere was vivid and very cozy. It’s a small place but plenty of tables . Wait time wasn’t that bad , perhaps 30 minutes on a weekend evening . Price was reasonable, although not worth it . 3 fountain drinks , 3 lbs of Shrimp , sausage and corn for each , 3 bowls of rice and Cajun fries = $ 218.64

  First time here and it might be my last. Waiter by the name of Michele was terrible. She had an attitude attending us. I ordered the Captions choice cns combo and it came incomplete, no potato’s, no sausage, no corn. She took way to long to check on us. Even at the end I ordered the check and she never gave it to us, I had to get it myself. To be honest it felt like me and my family who I was with were discriminated for being Hispanic.

  So this place on Google seemed very nice price wise very reasonable but when we came and ordered, the bibs were missing the gloves were missing the clusters and the scissors and the crackers were missing. I had to ask for everything the worst place I’ve been to in a very, very long time and me and my wife are foodies. Ordered the sauce to be mild they brought medium, never asked for sausage. They brought sausage never asked for onion rings. They brought onion rings. When I asked for discount they say they don’t offer discounts. This is what you have to pay and the service was the worst that I’ve seen as long as I’ve been eating a different restaurants.

  So this is my third time here at this location. I’m a Compton local so I decided to come back given the other experiences I’ve had. Typically I ALWAYS TIP however this past time I came I asked for to go shrimp as I NORMALLY DO and I was told I couldn’t because what they do is a trick they take forever to get your second order out to because the happy hour ends but this last time they decided not to do so and so they had a manager come which was absurd given it was not that serious and I didn’t ask for a manger. I did a TikTok review on this place and I would never return.
