  It was my first time at this location and at cava as well and I went around 10:50 am and there were 3 ladies at the front and they were so nice to me! Thank you for explaining and making me feel comfortable and explaining what the process was ! Thank u!

  I had an amazing experience at CAVA on Avalon and Carson, and I just have to give a huge shoutout to Alyssa and Thomas. From the moment I walked in, they both made me feel genuinely welcome. Alyssa was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming, taking the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She was so understanding, kind, and made the entire ordering process smooth and enjoyable. Thomas was also very welcoming and had a great attitude. He was friendly, professional, and helped create such a positive atmosphere from start to finish. You can really tell that they both care about every customer who walks through the door. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness really stood out. It’s rare to come across customer service that makes you feel appreciated, but Alyssa and Thomas definitely did that. They made what could’ve been a simple meal into a genuinely great experience. If you’re ever at CAVA on Avalon and Carson, I hope you get the chance to be helped by Alyssa and Thomas. They both go above and beyond, and they’re a big reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you both for the outstanding customer service—keep up the amazing work!

  Cava is the same everywhere but the manager Ricky and the staff here today were amazing! My order wasn’t perfect, could have been my error but they did their best and fixed it for me. I was nearby so stopped by this location but definitely next time would make the drive here for the staff.

  Least appealing pita ive been served at a Cava ever. I'll chalk some of this up to "Californians like their salad bowls and you don't get to practice wrapping much" but there's still no excuse for such a bad packaging job. The ends weren't tucked, the wrap was loose enough to start falling apart before i opened it, and yet somehow my pita was also folded into the paper (or vice versa?). Disappointed, unlikely to return to this location anywhere near a rush, if at all.
