  Waste of damn money . They don’t have a certain item . Instead of refunding they wanna give a store credit or give you whatever they think is similar when it’s to what I selected or paid for . I don’t live it here so a credit not finna help me . Unprofessional and a damn scam .

  ITS 60 DEGREES IN THERE OR COLDER, wings took forever, literally like 25 minutes, by the time the wings came out the sides were already cold .. all bad.

  I have to say hands down this is one of the worst experiences. I keep trying to give this location Chance after chance. The service is always slow and very unfriendly. This time I went in on Mother’s Day and no one ( absolutely no one) was waiting to be seated and there was barely any customers. My sons and I went around 1pm. There was no hostess in the front desk. After just standing there for almost 15 minutes I was able to track down an employee ( a short girl who I guess was in charged of the front hostess table and the to go orders.) I politely asked her if she knew if anyone can sit us. She asked for my name and wrote it down and walked away without saying anything. Again we waited for another 10 minutes and nothing. During this wait I see the waitresses just standing talking looking at me and not acknowledging our party ( just three people. My 2 sons and I) I again tracked down the short girl and asked her if she knew what was going on. She rudely replied “there’s a wait!!!” and walked away again without saying anything else. I decided for my sake to just leave and go eat somewhere else. This will be the last time me ever giving this location any more chances.

  I had a really frustrating experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. My order was wrong, and what made it worse was how it was handled. They had no problem taking my money immediately, but when it came to fixing the issue, I was told a refund would take 7–14 days. That’s unacceptable. I even asked if they could offer some kind of discount on a future order as a simple way to make things right, but the “manager” said they don’t do that. No effort to fix the situation, just a flat no. At the very least, staff should be trained to double-check orders before handing them out. This feels like basic customer service. Looking at the reviews now (1.6 out of 5), I should’ve taken that as a warning and gone to Wingstop instead. Hopefully the owner or district manager sees this, because this team — including management — clearly needs better training on customer service and accountability.

  im a huge fan of bww, but this location is by far the worst… it’s a shame it’s the one closest to me. Be prepared to wait about an hour or more for your food. Placed an order, said it’d be ready in 20, an hour has passed. I always give this place the benefit of the doubt and they disappoint every single time. Choose a different location and save yourself the trouble!
