I felt bad that our cashier, Amanda, had to look in 3 different drawers to make change for my cash purchase- very frustrating for me and those in line behind me. If you are transitioning/operating "cash-free" let customers know. Otherwise, fill the drawers with enough bills to make some change! We were not familiar with carts with wheels that lock after you reach a certain distance from the store - we are now!! I parked our oversized 1-ton Diesel truck (takes a full space and part of another) out in the empty part of the lot to be courteous to other shoppers. Our cart LOCKED up in the middle of the busy street as we were trying to take groceries to it. Fortunately, a driver slowed down to tell us what was going on. Good grief - let customers know this stuff! To top it off, the store smelled like the floors had been mopped with a "sour" mop. We will not return to this store.

I missed my pickup window but still really needed my groceries, so I went inside hoping they could help. Caroline and a tall gentleman on the team, I apologize I can’t remember his name, were incredibly kind and stepped in right away to get everything for me last second. I see them both all the time when I am in the store, and they are always positive and always provide great customer service. This experience was no different. They could have easily told me to reschedule, but instead they made it happen and were genuinely nice about it. That kind of customer service really stands out. I really appreciate the crew there. Thank you.
