Came in the morning I understand there are busy times but lately no matter what time I come the wait is over 20 minutes and just seems to get worst. They need either more staff to help because seems 2 people can't handle it.

Our snacking bacon burnt and not even given the option of what munchkins we wanted in the count when I asked for a cup of water after I spent 53.00 I was told its another dollar if I want water maybe if you weren't giving out bagels with 6 inches of cream of cheese on them ( which was all scraped off and thrown away ) your cup count wouldn't play in so heavy. I worked for Dunkin Donuts and its a shame what your doing to this brand

I was ten minutes late which should have been plenty of time for them to make. It is now 9:42 am and I just got my order. There was one lady and one white young lady working. There were so many people waiting outside for their mobile order and these incompetent ladies were only focusing on drive through orders which is ridiculous. The young white lady was only handing out the door dash orders that were waiting outside as well and not focusing on the people that were here before them. Me and two other ladies had waited nearly an hour outside to get our orders. How hard is it to make two avocado toast for my order ??? The young lady also stated that the manager didn’t come today but clearly the manager and the two ladies aren’t fit to work any jobs since they lack basic critical thinking skills and time management skills to hand out orders properly. Get your establishment together !

No customer service at as told I had to order online if I wanted anything even though the sign on the window state you can order at the window. Online gave me issues order. I will not be come back! My kids were disappointed we got their hopes up and wasted our time!
