  Hadn't been to Allegro in a little while, but it used to be one of our family's go-to restaurants with the kids. They loved the make your own pizza kits (they roll out their own dough and add their own sauce and toppings, and the kitchen will cook their pizzas). It was always a hit, and everyone in the family loved the food and atmosphere. Going back last week, I was reminded of how consistently excellent their pizzas are, and tried a variety of their pastas and salads (I'd only tried one or two pastas previously), and everything was really good. Allegro is a longtime fixture in Carmel, and their longevity owes to maintaining that unfailingly high food quality, great service, and welcoming atmosphere over the course of not just years, but decades.

  Allegro Pizzeria is a favourite spot for myself and my Ohana. We like the relaxed atmosphere of sitting outside on nice weather days. The customer service and food are excellent and the prices for a restaurant in Carmel are reasonable. The restaurant is easily accessible and is definitely a family friendly restaurant. The owner is also friendly and appreciates his customers. Definitely a place I recommend and would gladly revisit.

  Calamari was very good, pizza was not what I expected but had good flavor. However, the pizza was slightly undercooked. Food did not come out very quickly but did not take too long. Music was nice and added to a good atmosphere
