  I will always go to this restaurant because they have Amazing Customer service and the manager is Awesome and I got at least twice a week

  Just dined here again today. The food is always great and the service is even better. Everyone we intersect with is friendly, professional, and genuinely nice….which is not common in most places. Thank you for always going above and beyond to ensure we have a great dining experience.

  I ordered for delivery asked for sauce on the side so I can choose my own sugar and salt consumption. They definitely screwed up my order chow mein was sauced not plain and main dish was submerged in sauce. The food was otherwise good the veggies are good. If you can't be there in person to check your order and need ingredients omitted lower your expectations.

  Cymbaline was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She greeted me as I entered, asked how I was, helped explain the menu, and was patient. She even checked on me during my meal and made sure I was taken care of. On a side note, I feel almost ignored entering most restaurants or fast food these days. I ask how the cashier is doing, they stare then reply, 'what would you like?'. Then the card machine asks for tips starting at 15-18%, where has the service and friendliness gone? Cymbaline definitely restored my faith in people and made my day. The restaurant is also very clean and well maintained. The kitchen staff are great an the food is delicious. I will definitely return.
