  We showed up at lunchtime on a Saturday and they had NO bread! Gave us horrible sliced soggy wheat bread as replacement and my son got sick from it. Terrible!

  Ordered two regular subs online, and both were made completely wrong. One had no meat at all, and the other had only meat with none of the toppings I ordered. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for two regular subs, I didn't realize the mistakes until I got home and had to drive all the way back. They did remake both sandwiches, but after the extra trip, I expected at least some acknowledgment of the inconvenience, whether that was a discount, refund, or even a sincere apology. This is the second time they've gotten my order wrong, and it's hard to justify coming back.

  I just wanna say a huge shout out to this location in particular with and honorable mention to both Tarrin (I hope I spelled that right) and Noah for their super friendly and welcoming attitudes. Super thank you to Noah for appeasing my very detailed sandwich requests and going above and beyond with his service. Thanks yall 🙏

  There chicken bacon sandwhich has no chicken in it. The workers said their portion is so small people keep thinking there’s no chicken in it. I had to drive my sandwich back and demand they put actual chicken in it. They showed us the chicken inside it and it was the TINIEST portion. You could barely see it. I was appalled. It’s an almost 20 dollar sandwhich and you couldn’t even taste or see the chicken. The worker was nice and he fixed it for me right away. So he’s great. And I feel bad the workers keep getting yelled at by customers about how small the portion is. Corporate NEEDS change the portion and make it a normal portion size. Not barely any chicken at all. I’m so frustrated and honestly will never go there to eat again b/c of how deceiving the photo is verse what you get. One last thing. The chicken in the photo looks like whole fresh real chicken. The chicken you get is deli chicken. The meat quality is deli quality. It’s so bad. I am just in shock. Corporate needs to fix all of their standards if they want to keep customers. Again, the guy working there was very kind and worked quickly to fix things. I am thankful their warmer was nice. This is a top down issue. A portion standard issue.
