- JJJoshAug 4, 20261.0Ordered two regular subs online, and both were made completely wrong. One had no meat at all, and the other had only meat with none of the toppings I ordered. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for two regular subs, I didn't realize the mistakes until I got home and had to drive all the way back. They did remake both sandwiches, but after the extra trip, I expected at least some acknowledgment of the inconvenience, whether that was a discount, refund, or even a sincere apology. This is the second time they've gotten my order wrong, and it's hard to justify coming back.
