  I went today to receive the BOGO deal for sundaes as it was the deal going on for National Ice Cream Day. I downloaded the app and became a member just like I was supposed to. The employees STILL didn’t give me the BOGO deal. On top of that, one employee kept making my sundaes with all the toppings when I stated multiple times that we only wanted the hot fudge and nothing else on the sundaes. Then, to make matters worse, they spoke in Spanish to each other (I knew what they said because I speak it, too, and it wasn’t nice), rolled their eyes at me, and acted like it was my fault they couldn’t follow a simple direction. My friend who was with me AND my kids all heard me and understood me loud and clear that we wanted hot fudge only, no other toppings. So in summary, I got treated horribly and didn’t even get the BOGO deal I was rightfully supposed to receive!!! If I could give LESS than 1 star, I would. That was the worst ice cream shop experience I’ve ever had, hands down. Next time I’ll just go to Dairy Queen where I’ve NEVER had a bad experience.

  Häagen-Dazs is always delicious. When you walk through the front door. Absolutely abandon all hope of maintaining a diet. Just jump into the delicious flavors, smooth fatty ice cream, and heaps of sugar which are embedded in everything that is truly worth eating inside that store. And fantastic and delicious ice cream for walk, the last half a century? Go!

  10 out of 10! The customer service was on point and inside was very clean. My order came out in record time! Even though it was a little small, this location is still very functional and very convenient for me. The pricing is decent and they have a good variety of food to choose from. I got the ice cream cone shake thing, and iron was very delicious, yummy yummy for my tummy tummy 😋. You know i ate that whole bad boy omg it was so good. You better believe I'm actually eating this every day. Omg the lady taking my order was so kindhearted. Also she was gorgeous too.
