- JCJoel CApr 14, 20261.0Not sure how this place is still in business. Starting with the location and parking it is not convenient at all and in a busy area with a small parking lot. A burger and fries should never cost $20+, especially in a fast food environment like Five Guys. Food is basically a glorified Jack-in-the-box. Fries are loosely just thrown in the bag. Takes a long time just to order if there is anyone in front of you. Five Guys could learn a lot from Shake Shack and Habit with their tablet ordering process. Even if it were half the price it isn't better than In-In-Out. Burger is definitely small for the price. Overall I will never be returning to Five Guys.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
