- STSarah Thomson3 days ago1.0I've been a loyal customer of this Domino's for years. I order from this location regularly, including large orders for LCC football events and other community gatherings, so this review is incredibly disappointing to write. Tonight, my 10-year-old daughter excitedly ran to answer the door because she knew our pizza was arriving. While handing the order to her, the delivery driver accidentally dropped the pizza. It was clearly an accident, and I don't blame the driver. He seemed to be in a hurry, and during the handoff the pizza came completely out of the box and landed upside down on my front porch. I even have Ring doorbell footage showing exactly what happened. I immediately called the store, calmly explained that the pizza had been dropped, and simply asked if another pizza could be sent. The employee I spoke with was shockingly rude. He told me it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours to receive a replacement—even though I live less than a third of a mile from the store and my original order arrived in about 24 minutes. When I politely asked if there was any way they could send a replacement sooner since the first pizza had been dropped, he hung up on me. I called back, was placed on hold, and when he returned he told me, "That's my best driver. I doubt he dropped the pizza." I was honestly stunned. Was I really being accused of lying over a $10 pizza? I explained that I had Ring camera footage, that I wasn't blaming the driver because it was clearly an accident, and that I simply wanted a replacement for the pizza that was no longer edible. Instead of helping, he again became argumentative, implied I wasn't telling the truth, and hung up on me a second time. I've never been treated so disrespectfully by any business. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand accidents. What I cannot understand is a manager or employee accusing a longtime customer of lying and repeatedly hanging up instead of resolving a simple issue. This review is not about the delivery driver. He seemed like a nice young man, and accidents happen. This is entirely about the unbelievably poor customer service I received from the person who answered the phone. I'll be sending the Ring footage and details of this interaction to Domino's corporate because this is not how loyal customers should be treated. After years of ordering from this location, they've lost my business.
