  The games are usually broken and the manager stole our tickets. We combined our cards for more play and then after playing and winning more tickets totaling over 21,000 our card stopped working. The manager accused us of using someone else's card and would only refund us 9,000 tickets. Even after showing receipts of what we had and bought, they would not return our tickets or credits.

  I’m so impressed with the outstanding customer service I received from Tony on the 4th of July. With the holiday special, I’ve never seen so many people there. When we checked in, we combined cards and lost a bunch of points, and my teenager was super upset. Despite the place being wall to wall with people, Tony took the time to run to the office and track down the history of every card to make sure we didn’t lose a single point. He was nice, funny, and calm, even though it was terrible timing to pull him off the floor. Really appreciate Tony and the whole D&B team!

  We came in during a quieter afternoon to watch the Brazilian soccer match, and the atmosphere was excellent for enjoying the game. Unfortunately, the service was very slow. We had to ask for a waiter a couple of times, though it wasn't our server's fault. He was friendly and explained that another server was supposed to help us, but they never came by. The tables were sticky, and some of the extra plates we received weren't clean. The food was about what you'd expect from a typical sports bar. However, the Bistro Pasta was disappointing—the steak was mostly fat and very difficult to chew. Overall, the experience was okay, but I found it to be overpriced given the quality of the food and the level of service. The atmosphere was definitely the highlight, especially for watching a game.

  The employees here are super friendly and outgoing, they don't treat you like just a customer. They must have great work culture as they all seem to genuinely work there. The bartenders and the hostesses are especially helpful and a delight. My only complaint is that they don't have shuffleboard and Street Fighter. 😭
