- MMMBRJul 1, 20261.0Slow service. Main entree brought out before soup. Soup was barely warm when they finally brought it over. Saw them arguing about the ticket when the food went back. They reheated the steak and seafood pasta despite my asking that they make it fresh. How do I know? I saw it on the warming deck and saw them reheat it. Steak was not hot the potatoes barely warm and the carbonara since it was reheated the sauce broke. Ie the butter and flower separated causing it to be running. The shrimp and lobster mushy and beyond fresh. Horrible waste of $200.

We were looking for a beachfront lunch so she opened the windows, brought in the ocean breeze and even helped us switch tables to maximize the views. The food was excellent, the cocktails on point and the entire experience was beyond any expectations! Do yourself a favor and visit Amy and the Chart House crew - you will not regret it!

What irritated me was that one from the reception lady came to us and asked if we checked in already and we said yes. She then informed one lady at the reception about us, but, seemed to me she didn't care. What was annoying was was for those that came after us they were called right away and ushered inside. It appeared they made a mess with reservations and walk ins. It's only, when i went to the reception area and told them about our reservation, that we were asked asked ushered in. Additionally, my steak is dry and isn't that great. Not a good place to celebrate Father's Day.
