  No complaints here. Although I didn't personally get the order (had spouse pick up), I would say the service here is on the better end of the overall Jamba locations. First of all, they got my order right, which is a huge plus when it comes to Jamba. They provided the drinks, split accordingly, inside the bag I requested and threw a few napkins on top as a courtesy. It's those little extra touches that matter. The order was also ready at the time promised. Secondly, the drinks were smooth to the last drop. No chunky, icy bits that some locations tend to fail on leaving out. Thirdly, parking was great. They have spots right in front or at other nearby areas that provide easy access to the shop. My spouse said order pick-up was a bit hectic and didn't get greeted right away but they acknowledged when approached at the counter.

  I visited the store to buy my husband an acai smoothie with antioxidants because he was suffering from a bad cold. My server, Soraya, was just great - friendly and efficient and even remembered me when I returned the next day to buy another. She made a hard day better.

  Every time I go to buy a smoothie, whether I order in person or online, I am always met with a smile and an acknowledgment from an employee. The smoothies are always delicious and wonderful, especially on hot days. As for their bowls, don’t get me started on the açaí dragon twist. When I took a bite from it I could taste the fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, and bananas), along with the granola and the base. It was refreshing. One employee in particular is also very kind and patient when I go to Jamba. I believe his name is Martin? He was very patient when I did not know what to order and was very polite. Overall great service and employees :)

  1st time here, when I entered the store, employees greeted and interacted with other customers, but no one acknowledged me. After placing my order, I watched several customers who ordered after me receive their drinks first. I waited until everyone else had been served before asking about my order. The employee had to scroll back through the order list to find it and only then started making my drink. No apology was offered. Being ignored, having my order overlooked, and receiving no apology made me feel unwelcome. Customer service needs improvement.
