The worst service I have ever experienced in my life the managers were no help the server not only took forever to seat and take our order but she gave us misinformation about the deals and the manager smile in our faces when we brought all this to their attention. Kiara is a very rude lady whose clearly just there for the manager discount on food! Do not go to this location horrible franchise and rude incompetent employees

Worst experience I had in Buffalo Wild Wings. I had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Customer service was terrible. Took 30 minutes to get our foods and drinks and it was cold. The waitress was keep smiling and laughing for some weird reason, I'm never going back to this place ever again. Do you self of a favor and don't go?You're gonna have a terrible experience.

If you’re looking for comfort food, good vibes, and a relaxing way to end a long workday you will not get it here… unfortunately this was not the place for us. I usually go to BWWs for a good time so I was hoping for the same here, but this ended up being one of the worst dine-in experiences I’ve had. We arrived about two hours before closing, excited to grab some wings after a long day. The host told us the bar and tables were open and that we could sit anywhere. After choosing a table, a waitress approached us and asked us to move because chairs had already been placed on the tables for closing. We completely understood and moved without issue. However, after sitting at another table, the same waitress came back and told us we had to move again because they were giving that table to another group. At that point, it became very uncomfortable. The interaction felt cold and unwelcoming, and it honestly seemed like they simply did not want more customers even though the restaurant was still open with plenty of tables available. We debated leaving immediately, but the situation didn’t sit right with us, so we decided to speak to the manager. Unfortunately, that interaction was just as disappointing. The manager (female-presenting with dark hair and glasses) didn’t seem concerned or interested in understanding what happened. She even admitted she didn’t know why we were moved the second time since there were other open tables available, but there was still no apology, accommodation, or attempt to make the situation right. I completely understand staff look forward to closing time, and I always try to be respectful of that as a customer. But no customer should feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, or like an inconvenience while dining during normal business hours. Really disappointing experience overall, especially because the food and atmosphere at other locations have always been enjoyable. Just something to keep in mind if you plan on visiting this location a few hours before closing during the week.

But the lady that answered the phone gave attitude and said she put it there herself and she forgot to mute the phone and started talking shit about us. Horrible, made order over the app. They forgot to put part of the order I was have to drive back. They didn't even offer a drink for their mistake. It was last time I order from here. That’s no my vision of a good night with wings. Wings also not the best quality.
