- DKDaniel KovalskyiMay 6, 20261.0Absolutely horrible experience at this McDonald’s. The workers were extremely unprofessional and acted like they didn’t care about customers at all. I waited over 20 minutes just for a simple McChicken while employees were standing around and ignoring people waiting for their orders. No apology, no communication, nothing. The restroom looked completely destroyed and disgusting. There was literally a homeless person inside smoking what smelled like crack, and nobody from the staff seemed to care or do anything about it. The entire place felt unsafe, dirty, and badly managed. To make it even worse, after finally getting my food, they forgot to give me napkins. It’s unbelievable how bad the service and conditions were here. This location seriously needs new management and workers who actually care about basic customer service and cleanliness. One of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had.
