  3 people infront of me..and some how my whole lunch was wasted waiting in line..everyone just standing around..and the girl heating the tortillas looked lost..

  Extremely bad experience at Chipotle Topanga. We found a live bug in our salad, which was already shocking enough. Instead of apologizing and trying to make things right, the general manager had an incredibly rude, dismissive attitude and acted like we were the problem. To make matters worse, I originally ordered a bowl, but the employee preparing it labeled it incorrectly. When I asked them to remake it because of their mistake, they tried to charge me again for the guacamole and cilantro-lime rice, even though the error was entirely on their end. Rather than taking responsibility, they argued with us and made the whole situation unnecessarily unpleasant. Finding a live bug in your food is unacceptable, but the way we were treated afterward was even worse. Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and an overall awful experience. I definitely won’t be coming back.

  I found a live bug in my salad after I had already started eating. I immediately brought it to the staff’s attention, but instead of apologizing or handling the situation professionally, the employee was extremely rude and dismissive. Food safety should always be the highest priority, especially at a restaurant where so many families and young children eat. While mistakes can happen, the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. There was no genuine concern, no sincere apology, and no effort to make things right. I have clear photos documenting what I found. Between the food safety issue and the poor customer service, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both its food quality control and staff training before someone else has the same experience.

  They have so many people who have to attend, they are often bad. It has no clean surroundings where it is. The food and food aren't hot, as the meat is already dry. And the meat needs juice. It will be because of the schedule that I went, that we were a lot of people, but you leave with that impression. Debido a tanta gente que había en el lugar, yo creo que estaban las personas que trabajan ahí o el personal de malas yo creo. Porque se engentan, pero de eso no tenemos. La culpa, nosotros los comensales les hace falta limpiar alrededor de donde tienen la comida y no meter. Lo que cae de nuevo al depósito donde está lo demás. Les hace falta tener una mejor actitud y la carne estaba demasiado seca
