- TNTahteana NelsonSep 14, 20261.0My family and I went in today after church and the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. I later found out she is one of the managers. Anyway, she was working the line and I ordered 1 kids plate and 1 bowl. She was seemingly “nice” and first saying hi to my children and stuff. But then she paused while making my daughters’ kids plate and literally answered a phone call on her personal phone, put it on speaker and slipped it into her shirt pocket and had a phone conversation in the middle of me telling her what we wanted. She then started to put extremely small portions on everything we ordered and I’d say “can I have a little more please” she ended up huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes at my request. We got to the bowl and she didn’t put a lot of chicken at all — mind you the bowl only had rice, black beans and chicken so anyway, I asked for a little more and she said she gave me the portion size??? Then grabbed the spoon and scooped an exaggerated amount of chicken and charged us for double chicken which we did not ask for. She made it her duty to leave the line empty so she could ring us up and make sure she charged us extra. Meanwhile, I asked the guy at the register her name and she spoke to him in Spanish saying “don’t tell them my name” anyway, I’ll never be back here. Horrible experience and these workers have attitudes!

The worker working seemed extremely pissed off and rude and when I got my food, the sour cream tasted like water, the rice was lumpy and tasted as if it was sitting there for a long time, and the same goes for the other ingredients. Please choose a better location. It is not worth the money to go here and I already feel my stomach getting upset from how terrible the food was. This is genuinely the worst chipotle location in San Jose.
