I always order the strawberry milkshake at other locations, and it has never tasted like this. I mentioned it to the staff, but they insisted it was the same recipe. However, it tasted completely different from the strawberry ice cream they even gave me to try, which clearly showed the milkshake was not made correctly.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
