  Waited 40 minutes for my order and the experience was terrible. The staff seemed unorganized and there was barely any communication about the delay. Definitely not acceptable for fast food. Very disappointed.

  wish i saw the reviews before coming here. they opened at 7 and i came at 10. looked like they werent even open yet. met with rude unprofessionalism by a man who seemed the be the one in charge. the women in this place were the only ones with any sort of customer service at all. workers moved so slowly I cant believe they can keep this place running. DO NOT come here just go anywhere else. such a waste of time and horrible enviornment and energy overall.

  So pissed! This kiosk order only sucks. They need to go back to cash registers. I've been here for 25 minutes and I'm still waiting for a simple order. I could have went to a restaurant sat down and ordered and been served by now. What happened to fast food! This will be my last visit to a Taco Bell! Update, I went up to the manager and ask him when I can expect my order, he said he would get right on it. Couple minutes later he handed me my order which was incorrect. Not one thing in the bag was on my order. I left and won't be back.

  Every time I’ve gone they mess up my order or forget something and I tried to give them a chance over and over again because it’s the closest Taco Bell but I just don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon
