- TBThomas BellonApr 27, 20261.0First of all, I want to say that normally yall are great and I am a happy customer with fresh pass but in the past few weeks our deliveries to our apartment in Camarillo from the Mission Hills store has been dreadful. Last night I placed an order for 9-11pm delivery. At 10:45 yall notified us the order was delayed... nothing all night.... nothing this morning. I chatted to see what was going on and told that I should call the store to see what is happening. This is not the first time in the past few weeks and so far I have HAD to call in. One time a worker told the door dash driver that my wife called and said to delay the order... my Fiance and I had been sitting and waiting for the order for over 3 hours. Another time, delivery was a few hours late and I called the store... and was told that it doesnt look like they would get to it today. I understand short staffing and other issues that arise but it is now more often than not. Also at the point you have too many orders or will not be able to fulfill them, notify your customers so we can make other arrangements or go shop it ourselves.
