  Always out of caramel coffees and always give attitude poor service and just the worst McDonald’s in Camarillo. Fire half the staff and actually have coffees then it would improve greatly.

  Im so pissed off, I went through the drive through and I asked for a large 10 piece chicken nugget with a large fry and a large dr. Pepper the girl that took my order asked multiple times what I wanted and what sauce I said multiple times I wanted sweet and sour and that I wanted a large fry and a large drink, the order on the screen showed everything large I pay it was 14$ I get my drink it's a medium I told them I got a large she asks what my order was I said large fry with a large dr pepper and she said well it's a medium and aggressively hands me my bag. I get to work cuz I'm on lunch and I see my fry is a large and I didn't get no sweet and sour terrible service and my lunch is ruined now. Who eats chicken nuggets without sweet n sour sauce!!!!??????

  Im a truck driver of 15 year, I was doing my reset time and I haven't eaten all day, the employees here were so understanding that I can't take a semi thru drive thru and still took order. It was after hours. Thank you for caring about truck drivers.

  They serve stuff off for front counter and forget about it. Bag was sitting for 5 full minutes and set aside with a small diet soda needing to be made and it was abandoned by the runner to bag other orders. Front counter should not have serve time targets because it encourages this behavior. This behavior is exactly why drive-thru switched to the sensor system for time targets and franchisee leaderboards. Front counter should be designed with its own serve keypad and screen so the serve button is only pressed when setting the bag/meal on the counter. Serve targets for front counter make employees serve ASAP and grab the receipt to serve from, leading to missed items and stuff set aside when the order is not actually done, while the visual cue of the screen is gone.
