Only reason I go there is because I have free Dunkin gift cards . They are the jack in the box of coffee . Poor quality and poor management.

So I go in super excited to get myself a muffin and my free drink and the girl at the counter goes what can i get you. So I showed her the offer of the free drink and rudely she goes to have to buy another drink to get the free one you can’t just get a free drink. Okay first off don’t be rude second off IT’S ANY QUALIFYING PURCHASE. I guess her manager told her that but the manager is wrong and I think she said that so people would have to spend more money….. not cool Camarillo Dunkin….

I am one person, I don’t need two drinks. I was planning to purchase a dozen donuts and also some of the bagel bite things. From a business standpoint, this is bizarre. I would have spent much more money on the food had I been given the chance. My friend ordered the latte and just bagel bites in Simi and had no issues getting the free drink. Also- I attempted to do it on the app. Even though I was told in store they have the pumpkin. They turned the pumpkin option off. Don’t advertise everywhere and then throw in random exclusions at one store. Plus, you lost more money than you would have made had you let me order what I wanted. Clearly this location is not hurting for business if they can turn away customers.
