- MVMariah Vazquez6 days ago2.0This location needs to better with training their staff. I’ve come here 3 times in the span of two weeks, and each time they are always either low or out of steak and white rice. Every time I’ve come they are scraping the pan for rice and have to go to the back to get more. And every time I come the steak has been burnt and overcooked compared to other locations. What I don’t understand is how they aren’t seeing that these two items are in high demand and should be supplied and ready to serve at a fast rate. Especially considering a lot of the time there is not a lot of business to keep them that busy from being able to have their food ready to serve. I’ve come at prime dinner times or a little earlier and the food is always lukewarm. The taste is as usual like Chipotle, but the fact that I have never had a warm meal to enjoy shocks me for such a successful chain.

They dont have all the food choice available, I know 9pm might be a bit late but their hours are until 11pm. Food is running very low before 9 I will rather drive to the other location in Camarillo next time.
