I ordered two quesadillas for my kids and the cheese wasn’t even melted, along with 4 pieces of steak per quesadilla. I’m not sure if this was the first day on the job every time I go but this is horrible. Even saw the workers mess up orders before me Would rather drive the extra 6 min to go to another location. Just bad

When I called the store person was not ready to accept her mistake and were arguing. I would suggest everyone to go to the chipotle on the mall in Camarillo outlets. I would never go there again.

I’ve come here 3 times in the span of two weeks, and each time they are always either low or out of steak and white rice. Every time I’ve come they are scraping the pan for rice and have to go to the back to get more. And every time I come the steak has been burnt and overcooked compared to other locations. What I don’t understand is how they aren’t seeing that these two items are in high demand and should be supplied and ready to serve at a fast rate. Especially considering a lot of the time there is not a lot of business to keep them that busy from being able to have their food ready to serve. I’ve come at prime dinner times or a little earlier and the food is always lukewarm. The taste is as usual like Chipotle, but the fact that I have never had a warm meal to enjoy shocks me for such a successful chain.
