- TETony EJul 23, 20261.0⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing customer service experience. I placed an order through the Chipotle app and redeemed a free chips and guacamole reward. When I went to complete my order, I found out this location was not accepting online orders. I went into the restaurant to place my order instead. That’s when I was told my reward was locked to the mobile order and would not be available for 24 hours. The problem is the reward expires tomorrow, meaning I may lose it because of an issue that was not caused by me. I spoke with the manager on duty (I did not get his name), and he was not helpful. His response was essentially that there was nothing he could do and I would have to wait 24 hours. That is not a solution, especially when the issue came from the app/order system and could have easily been resolved with a simple customer service gesture. A manager should be willing to help resolve situations like this instead of just telling a customer to wait and lose their reward. Very frustrating experience, and this location needs to do better when handling customer issues. I have attached a photo showing that online orders are listed as being accepted between 5 PM and 2 PM, which does not make sense. Regardless, this did not stop me from attempting to place the order through the app, and the system still allowed the reward to become locked. This issue should have been handled by the store instead of leaving the customer to deal with the consequences of a system problem.

I ordered two quesadillas for my kids and the cheese wasn’t even melted, along with 4 pieces of steak per quesadilla. I’m not sure if this was the first day on the job every time I go but this is horrible. Even saw the workers mess up orders before me Would rather drive the extra 6 min to go to another location. Just bad
