  TRUSS is one of those places where you sit down, look around, and immediately realize you’ve made a very good decision. Beautiful setting, fantastic food, great drinks, and service that somehow manages to be attentive without hovering over you every 45 seconds asking how the first bite is going. A special shoutout to Morgan, our hostess, who was absolutely amazing and made us feel genuinely welcome from the second we walked in. Great hospitality has a way of setting the tone for the whole experience, and she nailed it. It has the polished Four Seasons feel without feeling overly stuffy. Add in the vineyard views and you’ve got a pretty solid argument for staying much longer than originally planned. Highly recommend. Just don’t look at your watch—you’re in Napa. Time and responsible decision-making work differently here.

  Avoid Four Seasons truss restaurant in Calistoga CA: Safety Hazard, Broken Elevator & Unacceptable Behavior by Management I am writing this review to warn families, elderly visitors, and especially anyone traveling with accessibility needs or disabilities about our appalling experience at Four Seasons Resort Truss restaurant in Calistoga CA today around 2:30 PM. What should have been a pleasant dining experience turned into a dangerous health hazard due to a complete failure of resort operations and shocking arrogance from management. 1. Logistics Breakdown & Health Risk: Upon arrival, the main guest elevator to the upper-level restaurant was entirely broken—with zero warning signs or staff at the lower level to inform arriving guests. Despite assurances that buggy/transfer shuttles would be provided from the lower parking area, no shuttle ever came. Left with no information, we were forced to make the steep trek up multiple flights of outdoor stairs in scorching heat. Climbing that gradient in extreme heat causes dangerous blood pressure spikes and severe physical strain. Making matters far worse, I was accompanied by my disabled son. Forcing guests with mobility challenges into this situation is a total failure of basic safety and accessibility. 2. Gross Misconduct by Managers Sarah Escobar & Alonso Munis: When we finally reached the top, exhausted and overheated, we were met by restaurant managers Sarah Escobar and Alonso Munis. Instead of offering basic human care, water, or concern for our well-being, both Sarah and Alonso met us with condescending, foolish smirks. They acted as though our complaint was ridiculous and trivialized the physical strain of climbing those stairs in the heat. When we stated the guest elevator was down, they dismissively claimed, "The elevator works!" and pointed to a background service/employee lift. Only after we pushed back did they actually check the main guest elevator—at which point they were forced to admit that it was indeed completely out of order. To encounter broken infrastructure at a supposedly 5-star resort is disappointing; to be mocked and treated with sheer apathy by managers like Sarah Escobar and Alonso Munis when traveling with a disabled family member is unforgivable. If you value safety, accessibility, and genuine hospitality, spend your money elsewhere in Calistoga.

  Outstanding food ! Outstanding service ! And really great ambiance . Perfect bday dinner meal today . I couldn’t have asked for more .

  Food was great for the price Ambiance and interior were spectacular with a nice view of the mountain Service was fine and the staff was helpful except for a minor accident when the oil from pasta was spilled all over our clothes (worse still we were celebrating birthday and it was on the birthday boy) nonetheless the staff was very genuine and sorry and we understood that things happen, but we still didn’t expect this from a four seasons property
