However I didn’t feel like the wine pairing was necessary, it wasn’t particularly transformative and it was so much wine that I only drank half of each glass. I’m guessing the reserve wine pairing would be a lot more provocative, just not sure I’m ready to spend quite that much money on wine yet!

The seasonally inspired menu focused on stone fruit for our visit. From scallops to wagyu, each bite was a slice of perfection. We especially appreciated the stuffed squash blossoms. Throughout the dinner, the team brought out some “surprises” that weren’t on the tasting menu. It was a fun way to keep us guessing as to what would come next. I felt like every member of the staff was there to make this a special evening for us. I left feeling pampered and completely satisfied.
