So I said excuse me, and the manger said can you go see what she wants like I was bugging! Customer service sucked

- JHJanelle HemphillApr 18, 20261.0Slowest McDonalds on planet earth! I’m thoroughly convinced there’s one person working here per shift. I just imagine them running between the drive thru windows and helping the people inside. Be prepared to spend AT LEAST 15 minutes in the drive thru.

Employees were loudly yelling at each other and immediately getting argumentative with guests asking for assistance. The dining room was practically empty but the way the associates were acting, you'd think it was lunch rush with a skeleton crew. Even in those situations, I've never witnessed anything this embarrassing. The atmosphere was toxic.
