    First time at a Dutch Bros. I felt stupid trying to find out the drink I wanted. The girl who took my order could tell I was a rookie. She asked me what I typically like and talked me into getting a chocolate and coconut drink of some sort. I forgot the name. It ended up being EXACTLY what I wanted. I work in service and can tell someone who's dedicated to service when I see them. She was great. I wish I grabbed her name. She was light skinned with a bandana on.

    What’s the point of doing mobile order if you still have to wait another 10-15 minutes on your drink, my drinks also where watery and I wanted cold coffee with soft top I just would of stopped at 7-11. This store needs help!!!!!!

    I’ve bought two iced coffee’s and both were so so watery ! I bought a golden eagle , it was so watered down , the ice was just water, and zero taste of the coffeee. Then when the pumpkin menu arrived, I went for a cookie butter , with pumpkin soft top, the same ! I didn’t even taste the pumpkin or the cookie butter, it tasted like milk with water so, I added more coffee at my house but I ended up throwing it away.

    The staff is amazing! Kind and helpful, my only conplain is the way coffee is prepared. Way to sweet and watered down. Didn't taste anything like coffee at all.
