- JMJessica MartinezAug 15, 20261.0I really wanted to support this store after it reopened, but unfortunately, it has gone downhill. Almost every time I visit the deli, getting something freshly prepared feels like an issue. Today, I asked about the fresh fried chicken and potato wedges that are advertised as being available from 7 AM–7 PM. I was initially told they weren’t cooking anymore. When I asked about the advertised hours, I was then told it would take about 20 minutes. I said that was completely fine—I had no problem waiting. I simply said that could have been communicated from the beginning. She then went to the back to ask and came back rolling her eyes, so at that point I just left. What makes the experience even more uncomfortable is the store manager, who is usually stationed around the self-checkout area. On multiple visits, I have witnessed her become confrontational with customers and create unnecessary scenes. It is honestly embarrassing to watch and makes the entire shopping experience feel unwelcoming. There is also a very noticeable foul, musty/mildewy odor when you first walk into the store. I don't know if it is coming from the produce area, refrigeration, or something else, but it is strong and definitely needs to be addressed. I was genuinely happy when this location reopened about a year ago and hoped it would be a great neighborhood grocery store again. Unfortunately, between the customer service, management interactions, and condition of the store, the experience has really declined. I hope someone in upper management takes a serious look at what is happening at this location.

You are not required by law to pay their private parking lot tickets too! Shame on you for encouraging these policies on your paying customers. Will never return!
