Staff at Burlingame location was unacceptable and I will never shop again. As a lifetime customer I’m putting this behind me. After about 3 hours of trying to get help with the order I never received but was still charged. This after the Burlingame customer service Woman hung up on me for politely asking her name. Thought it was a mistake but she hung up on me several more times. Long story short they didn’t refund me what I was owed. If you want to spend $50 for some basil and yogurt this is your app. If you’re lonely and you want to spend your days on the phone speaking with support staff all around the world this is your app. Just don’t be fooled into thinking you’re gonna get what you ordered and that you will receive any help (especially from the Burlingame staff) in resolving your issue. This is the second review I have ever written. Just never been so upset with the service.

This is from the parking lot vendor’s communication: “if a person walks off our property while their vehicle is still parked on our property, we are required to immediately tow that vehicle. To elaborate, regardless of whether a person was a customer of the Burlingame Safeway shopping center prior to, or intends to be one after, walking off the property will result in the vehicle being towed.” When I went across the street before shopping at Safeway, I came back and was not towed but received a scary note saying my car is now being tracked and would be towed the next time they spied me crossing the street. “Vehicle information nas been electronically recorded. subsequent violation will result in tow at owners expense” That is so icky that they are tracking each customer! Based on their email, they knew exactly where I went across the street! Really creepy !!!
