  Never shopping here again. I used to stop in a few times a week even a day as I’m new to the area. I needed help at the self checkout area and the employee left in the middle of “helping me” to check the Pokemon vending machine. He then proceeded to give me attitude when I continued to ask for help as no one else was around. I went in today and the same employee was yelling at two customers for using the same machine! One was even claiming to be a supervisor! Horrific behavior by grown men over a children’s card game. This location will no longer be getting my business after multiple pathetic displays by their employees.

  The hispanic old short woman cashier with put her hair up tied at night shift (around 11pm, midnight) is extremely horrible, terrible, nasty, rude, obnoxious and basically everything negative an employee and a person can be. Whether at register or self checkout, she is always flirting with male employees ignoring customer's presence. I used to work in a grocery store and I also did cashiering. They taught us in the cashier class trainings that employees CANNOT engage in a conversation or interaction at customer's presence, and it boils my blood everytime I see this people do that. I tried multiple times signal them that they are doing wrong, by asking questions or making eye contacts, but they purposely made it even worse. And also at last I noticed that they were mad dogging at me when I was walking out the store as I turned back and saw them doing that. She is so lucky I did not catch her name but next time I will and I hope this will be addressed.

  This Vons is open 24hrs. It's always clean & well stocked. Weekly deal$ that will $ave you alot of money, if you do a little homework. Their app is amazing. They also have a helpful & friendly staff. Thank you to all of the people who work hard to make this Vons a well deserved 5 star rating. 🌟 ☮

  07/23/26 Night management is extremely rude reluctant to help out customers I needed help with a return asked a both of the front end managers for help they refused to help me made me hop in two different lines 4 people I had to wait behind just to end up having the manager to authorize the transaction and help me out anyways. Also don’t forget the lack of safety standard in the evening where you have people moving pallets past you with no regard to how much space is between you and these pallets literally had a pallet swung by me missed me by an inch and the night worker said he’s busy and got to get work done rather than apologies. I understand this store is busy but when your paying 150 for groceries I expect some form of good customer service WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE IN THE EVENING matter of fact just go to the Whole Foods down the street they at least have customer care
