  Absolutely phenomenal. I ordered the yellowtail and ahi tuna nigiri, yellowtail sashimi, spicy tuna roll, and gyoza, and everything was outstanding. The freshness and quality of the fish really stood out. My family is from Hawaii, and I've eaten plenty of incredibly fresh fish there, as well as fish I've caught and prepared myself. The fish at Toro Sushi Poke House was honestly some of the freshest I've ever had—right up there with Hawaii, and even better than quite a few places I've eaten there. The yellowtail and ahi were especially incredible. Everything was prepared perfectly, the flavors were excellent, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in the quality of what they're serving. The staff was also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The excellent service made an already amazing meal that much better. Unfortunately, I was enjoying the food so much that I completely forgot to take a picture before I ate it. So instead, here's a picture of the aftermath. 😂 I think the empty plates speak for themselves. Fantastic food, incredibly fresh fish, excellent service, and a great experience all around. Toro Sushi Poke House absolutely exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be back!

  Great spot in the downtown Burbank area. Lots and lots of choices in the area, definitely come give this place a try. Very friendly service. Saporro, Kirin; and Asahi on tap. Great salmon poke bowl and teriyaki chicken bowl.

  Burbank gem!💎I’m originally from Burbank but moved to Philly many years ago. I visit my family and friends in CA every Summer and Christmas and always make sure to stop at Toro Sushi for their phenomenal poke bowls and sushi.🍱 🍣 We’ve been going for close to 20 years and it’s still our favorite. Have to say, after covid we got a little concerned but in the last 2 years they’ve leveled up! Come to find out it’s all because of the current owners. Albert and his wife truly put their hearts and souls into what they are doing and it shows in the quality of food and service! They are so warm and kind and truly care about providing a great experience. Reasonable prices, great portions, always fresh, plenty of parking in the nearby lots, outdoor seats as well as indoor and bar. It’s small but you can always take it to go. DO IT…SO WORTH IT!
