  I rarely post a review but this time I was disappointed. I order by drive thru and the employees where all over the place lost. It wasn't even full and yet they got my order wrong. I order 2 big macs and only got one. I couldn't go back cuz of traffic so my lost.

  5/16 Saturday 10am (Call), 11:15am(Counter) Wonderful and Kind! I called at 10am to double check they had the Huntrix Meal with the Saja Boy Card available cause I am a big fan of Kpop Demon Hunters. They did! \^^/ The crew member was really kind on the phone, so I knew I was going to have a good experience coming in and I did! They were so kind and patient with me! As someone who is socially anxious, I trip over words especially when I am both excited and nervous. The crew members were so kind and patient and with me. They went above and beyond to help me. They've made this the best McDonald's experience I've had by far! Additionally, they were very quick and efficient in creating my meal, and it was delicious! Thank you to the crew at the 900 W Burbank McDonald's location! 💜

  They didn't service the front counter; they really want you to use their app or drive-thru. They have a giant kiosk that's really slow that they make you use if you go in-person and it didn't have the diet coke option available. Nobody wanted to talk to me at the counter so I just walked off to go somewhere local for breakfast instead. It doesn't help that the one thing I was craving, the mcmuffin, has continually had its prices raised over and over.

  A very bad place... To begin with, it is extremely dirty. There were no other guests inside, yet we still had to wait 20 minutes just to place an order. I do not recommend this establishment.

  Ordered large fries here using the app, and they don't fill the container properly to the size we ordered--just like other reviewers mentioned. You get small size fry for the large fries you ordered and paid for. Maybe it was because we use mobile app deals. Also, we felt sick after eating what they served us. My son felt nauseous after eating it. Similar to how I felt after drinking the large caramel frap I ordered-I had upset stomach. DON'T buy here. You might get sick and definitely the worst experience with McDonalds.
