  This Mcdonald’s has genuinely become one of the worst locations to get a quick burger. Drive through takes 30 minutes, if you order for in store they usually take an extraordinary amount of time to bring out simple orders, the only way to get food efficiently is to order in store to go. They steadily increase prices beyond inflation rates and downsize their burgers. The workers are beyond slow and food quality is incredibly subpar here.

  I was fresh off of work and STARVING! I decided to get a Large fry before I sat in an hour traffic going home. I would’ve appreciated if your employees announced that you guys changed the appearance and downgrade of a Lg fry! I was extremely disappointed to receive this “lg fry” in a small bag rather than the red fry cup you use to have. For the “lg fry” to still be $6 and it comes in this little bag is ridiculous. McDonald’s, Shame on you this is misleading and GREEDY. This small bag doesn’t justify it being $6. I wouldn’t have ordered this had I known you guys switched to bags. I’m also certain that it’s not even the same ounces it was when it was in the red cup. Not even filled all the way

  Today we went to the drive-thru to order a Happy Meal, and a different order appeared on the screen. I told the cashier that wasn't what I had ordered, and she very rudely replied that it wasn't my order. When I went to pay at the window, I waited 10 minutes, and she never came to ring me up. She was chatting with other people. We decided to leave the line and go to another McDonald's. The girl seemed to be the manager, as I'm a frequent customer. I go to different McDonald's 3 or 4 times a week, but this one gave me a very bad experience. I'm never going back. I hope they make staff changes or at least pay more attention to the ones they have. I would give it a -10 rating if I could.

  Terrible service, especially from one person. I don't know if she's the manager or something, but on two occasions the service has been awful. The first time, I was about to get my food and she started speaking aggressively. She told me, "Stop, stop, don't take anything, don't take something that isn't yours, leave it there." It was the only food there, and the guy had mentioned my number. After arguing with her and asking if she thought I was going to steal things, I took my food, and she just stood there unfairly scolding the guy. And today I went again, and she served me. I bought a hamburger but forgot to get extra fries and nuggets. She served me as if she were being forced to, not as part of her job. I paid for the fries and nuggets and waited for more than half an hour, and they still hadn't given me my fries and nuggets while people who bought after me were getting their food. Finally, I asked her why it was taking so long, and she told me she canceled it because she thought I no longer wanted what I ordered. I don't understand how she came to that conclusion. I had already paid, and even if I hadn't wanted what I ordered, she hadn't refunded my money.
