  Said it would be ready at 8:30 but they haven’t even prepared The order. there is only one person making the food in the line is out the door. This is the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I do not know if I’ll ever be coming back to a chipotle after this trash cans, full of trash service mediocre. Improvement needs to be done.

  ❤️ Chipotle has always been a nice experience, with friendly help and absolutely delicious food. The nice thing about chipotle is that it's affordable. It's also customizable, so that I could get just the right amount of chicken and guacamole. I'm keeping it low-carb right now, so I asked for a double chicken, happy to pay the extra charge, and the guy not only heaped on the chicken, but he also took a brand new vat and got me fresh chicken off of that! Instead of scooping the oily dregs from the old vat, he dumped that out and got the whole new one and gave me two giant scoops! I thought that was really sweet and I tipped accordingly. Also, the guacamole was absolutely delicious. I got a huge dollop of that as you can see from my video. It was all in all a nice experience, just be aware that it is a family restaurant, so there are always small children. If you're having a romantic couples night out, and you want some quiet time, this is not the place. But if you want a fun atmosphere, safe for kids and great food, definitely hit up chipotle. 😇🙏👍

  This might be the worst-managed Chipotle in the U.S. During peak hours, they’ll have one person handling the entire front line—from making food to cashing customers out—while the line is backed up throughout the restaurant. They’re also constantly running out of food during the busiest times, so after waiting 30 minutes in line, you can end up waiting another 15–20 minutes just for them to restock. What’s even more frustrating is that the managers seem completely uninterested in addressing the issues. They just walk around like everything is fine while customers are left waiting. The lack of organization, staffing, and urgency is honestly unbelievable.

  They have 5 people working the line and still forgot to include my salsa?? Also, super dry female employees. Just handing you receipt and no “thanks have a great day” just ‘take receipt and leave’ energy
