Came To Get Chipotle At Burbank Next To the amc they barely give u chicken like 3 little peices worst experience paying more for less

Food is not fresh! They were out of chicken so she took my bowl to the back and came back with a cup of chicken that she threw in the pan, instead of putting a new fresh pan and supposedly she put chicken on my bowl in the back, but she could’ve put anything in my bowl while back there. Cashier said she comped the guacamole, bc it’s supposed too if you sign up for rewards, but she did not. Unpleasant and impolite.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Chipotle on Palm Ave in Burbank. I ordered barbacoa, but when I received my food it was clearly al pastor instead. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, a woman named Ayleen (or Aileen) said she was the General Manager. I politely explained that the order was incorrect and asked if it could be exchanged. Instead of helping resolve the situation, she simply said “there’s nothing we can do.” I was honestly shocked. If a restaurant makes a mistake on an order, the normal expectation is that it gets corrected. The fact that this response came from someone claiming to be the General Manager made the experience even worse. Mistakes happen, but refusing to fix them and dismissing a customer is terrible customer service. Chipotle should hold their managers to a higher standard. Then she was so mad she skimped our next bowl which I added a picture of.
Be better Chipotle.

This is the only chipotle near where I live and honestly this particular location is one of the worst ones I've ever been to. They charge you for an amount that isn't fair. You have to pay a big amount and then it's only a couple piseces of meat. One of the worst places out there
