  We had a wonderful experience here! Celeste and Scutty provided outstanding customer service and truly made our day. They were super friendly, incredibly patient with our order, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, and I especially loved the Cucumber Mint Lime drink. We will definitely be back!

  Great experience at CAVA Burbank today! The young woman who helped me (I think her name was Angelina… but if you’ve ever met me, you know I’m terrible with names 😅) was incredibly friendly, patient, and made an awesome bowl. If I got your name wrong, I’m sorry, but your service was memorable even if my memory isn’t! Thanks for making my day.

  I love CAVA but TONIGHT !!!!!! I met Maddie and she put me on their Diet Mexican Cola, and it was honestly so good. She was so sweet and made my CAVA experience a whole lot better ! She was super friendly, welcoming, and was such a breath of fresh air . Her great customer service definitely makes me want to come back. Thank you Maddie! ✨

  I had a super big order (15 entrees for a group). Every single staff member rose to the occasion and greeted me with a super attitude and enthusiasm. Wesam & Hratch offered to help me carry everything out to my car. Angie stayed with me on the order line and prepped every single order with a smile. Everyone who worked the lunch shift today deserves a raise, promotion, or both. Thanks guys
