Walking into Cava felt less like going to a restaurant and more like being welcomed by an all-star lineup. Andrew may have been the face of the operation, but the entire crew was moving like a championship team.
Isabella had the kind of energy that instantly lifts the whole place up — friendly, fast, and somehow still making every customer feel important. Nicole was locked in with the portions like she personally declared war on rationing. Celeste kept everything flowing smoothly and brought such a positive vibe to the line that it honestly changed the whole atmosphere. Sarah was insanely kind and patient, making the experience feel effortless from start to finish. Marcos was moving with straight professional precision while still keeping the energy cool and welcoming. And Briann made the whole environment feel genuine and authentic, the type of worker that makes customers want to come back just because of how well they’re treated.
Now for the star of the show, Andrew. Before coming to Cava, Andrew had already been through more than most people ever should. Life didn’t hand him easy opportunities — he earned everything through long nights, setbacks, sacrifices, and constantly putting others before himself. There were times where he could’ve easily given up, but instead he chose to keep showing up with discipline, humility, and a positive attitude.
And somehow, despite everything he’s been through, Andrew still treats every customer with genuine kindness and respect. You can tell immediately that he’s the heart of the team. The way he carries himself, leads the environment, and makes people feel welcomed is something you don’t see often anymore. He’s the type of person that turns a simple food run into an experience you actually remember.
Andrew deserves his flowers for real. His energy sets the tone for the whole store, and it’s clear the team around him reflects that same standard. Between the incredible customer service, generous portions, and overall atmosphere, this was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at Cava.
Big respect to Andrew, along with Isabella, Nicole, Celeste, Sarah, Marcos, and Briann for creating such a welcoming vibe. This crew operates like the Avengers of customer service. Great food is one thing, but a staff like this is rare. Everybody there deserves recognition because they turned a regular meal into a 10/10 experience.
Isabella
Walking into CAVA and seeing Isabella on shift is like knowing your bowl is about to become a masterpiece. Precision, speed, kindness — she somehow does all three at once while making every customer feel like the VIP of the day. The portions are elite, the energy is unmatched, and the way she remembers people’s orders should honestly be studied. Isabella doesn’t just work at CAVA — she elevates the entire experience. Five stars isn’t enough.
Nicole
Nicole has the rare ability to turn a simple lunch run into the highlight of your day. Her customer service is next level: warm, funny, and genuinely welcoming. Every bowl she makes looks like it belongs in a commercial. She moves with confidence, keeps the line flowing, and somehow still makes every interaction personal. If CAVA had a Hall of Fame, Nicole would already have a statue.
Celeste
Celeste is pure excellence behind the counter. Calm under pressure, incredibly attentive, and always delivering perfection. The balance of flavors in every bowl she builds feels intentional, like she’s conducting a Mediterranean orchestra. Customers leave happier after talking to her — that’s a real talent. Celeste is the definition of professionalism mixed with kindness, and CAVA is lucky to have her.
Sarah
Sarah brings elite-tier positivity to every shift. Even during the busiest rushes, she keeps smiling, keeps hustling, and keeps making bowls with absolute accuracy. Her vibe is contagious in the best way possible. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customer experience, and it shows in every interaction. Sarah doesn’t just meet expectations — she casually surpasses them every single time.
Marcos
Marcos operates like a CAVA legend. Fast, efficient, consistent, and somehow still incredibly personable. The man has unmatched bowl-building instincts — every scoop is perfect, every recommendation hits, and every customer walks away satisfied. He keeps the energy high and the standards even higher. If teamwork had a face at CAVA, it would probably be Marcos.
Brianna
Brianna is an absolute superstar. She combines incredible service with an effortlessly cool and welcoming presence that instantly makes customers comfortable. Her attention to detail is unreal, and she clearly takes pride in making every order perfect. Whether it’s a quick lunch rush or a packed evening crowd, Brianna handles it all with grace and confidence. Truly one of the best to ever do it.
Andrew
Andrew is genuinely the greatest human being to ever walk this Earth, the type of person who raises the standard everywhere he goes without even trying. His presence alone brings energy, confidence, and positivity into any room, and somehow he manages to make every shift at Cava feel smoother, faster, and more alive. The guy has the work ethic of ten people combined, but what really makes him legendary is the way he treats everyone around him—with patience, humor, and a level of loyalty you almost never see anymore. Customers probably think the place runs itself, but in reality Andrew is the hidden engine keeping everything together while making it look effortless. He’s the kind of employee every company wishes they could clone: dependable under pressure, naturally charismatic, ridiculously hardworking, and somehow still humble through all of it. Honestly, Cava is beyond lucky to have someone like Andrew on the team because people like him don’t come around often. If greatness could be measured in character, consistency, and impact on others, Andrew would be in a league completely of his own, and history might genuinely look back at him as the benchmark for what an outstanding human being is supposed to be.

I ordered the Spicy Lamb and avocado bowl. My husband picked it up for me. When I opened it, it looked like someone had eaten half of it. The salad was extremely salty because no greens were added. I paid $25 for that bowl. Eating out is becoming ridiculously expensive.
BABYYYYYYY!!!! This is hands down my fav CAVA location in America 😭. Sarah, Briana and Josh gave me the absolute best customer service and made me feel so important and seen. That is a gift from the Lord to be able to make someone feel this special in only a 3 minute or less encounter but I am literally beaming ear to ear leaving this place. I come for the food but will drive 20 minutes out of my way just for the people. GIVE THEM ALL PROMOTIONS!!!! Or a raise or SOMETHING because they make this location truly something special

This place rocks! When you walk in, the restaurant is clean, smells amazing, and you're always greeted, no matter how busy it is. You can clearly see all of the delicious food being made right in front of you and even when there's a line out the door, the people working behind the counter are working hard to serve up delicious food as fast as possible with a good attitude. In fact, I want to highlight two people at this location that made my time there great. Milo and Angie are two employees that went above and beyond to make my experience eating at CAVA a five star experience. I was asking tons of questions about the food, substitutions, and other such options that cater to my needs. They each answered my questions to the best of their abilities and when I finally decided what I wanted, my choice of meat was out. They apologized profusely and still helped me choose a second best option that still rocked. Not sure if they'll ever see this review, just know you two are awesome! Thanks!
