  My friend and I were so excited because we love CAVA, and we were starving. We ordered two bowls through DoorDash, but only one was delivered. The DoorDash driver told us we needed to contact CAVA directly, so we called the restaurant no fewer than a dozen times and no one answered. We then tried to contact CAVA through the website, but the submit button literally didn’t work, making it impossible to send a message. At that point, we finally decided to drive to the restaurant and explain what happened, expecting at minimum an apology, a refund, and perhaps a replacement bowl. Instead, the manager told us she couldn’t issue a refund “per corporate” and gave us a Hello@cava email address to contact. Really? After we showed her our receipt, she finally, and somewhat reluctantly, agreed to make the missing bowl, but not before trying to blame DoorDash for the issue. We love CAVA, which made the whole experience even more disappointing. Mistakes happen, and a missing bowl isn’t the end of the world. What was frustrating was how unnecessarily difficult it was to get anyone to help resolve such a simple issue. From the unanswered phone calls and nonfunctioning website to having to physically drive to the restaurant just to get the food we had already paid for, the entire experience reflected incredibly poor customer service.

  The sweetest worker, Angie!! She was just a sweetheart and i can tell her co-workers enjoy having her. She has the cutest smile!

  Ordered take out for the first time as I was tight on time. Bowl was half way full. When asked to add more veggies, was told that that is extra charge. When you stay in the line you get double of what served Very disappointed. Needs to be consistent. Veggies cost pennies.

  Briana and Scully working at Cava in Burbank are amazing. This place we found is out of this world. So many variations and so many different flavors, it’s out of control. Before eating anywhere else checking out those TikTok short videos please come and check out this place. It’s awesome. You really love the food and the people the Staff are special. These two girls are awesome. They’re great with a lot of help. Great Job Cava in Burbank . The food is on fire!!
