Desserts are so delicious and if you order a large shake for $5.79, you are getting a super big gulp kinda serving. Place is always busy but I have never had a problem with finding a table or parking. Love this location and I know you will too.

We were so excited when we found Portillo’s in Buena Park. All their food is great but I’m an Italian Beef kind of Chicago girl! My biggest complaint is that it’s too far from where we live. As much as I love Italian Beef, a 1 to 1 1/2 hour drive to get food is really LONG!!

The Italian beef, burgers, chicken and fish sandwiches are all great, the cake shake and crinkle fries are also staples.
- JTJohnny TbirdApr 19, 20261.0A huge disappointment for a lifelong fan.❌👎🏻 I've been going to Portillo's since the late '80s, but the quality at this location has completely plummeted. The lemonade tasted awful, like a mix of chemicals and cardboard. When my wife politely asked to exchange it, the employee treated her like an idiot, acting as if doing basic customer service was a massive chore. To make matters worse, we spoke to the manager and they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue, just said no one complained about the lemonade. Between the terrible quality control and the unacceptable attitude from the staff, I highly recommend avoiding this location. Save your money and go elsewhere. Portillo's, do better!
